Welcome to the University Archives

The University Archives collections are available to the University of Calgary community of students and scholars, and to the general public and other researchers.  We also serve the staff of the University in regards to Information Management.

We strive to provide excellent service and to meet the needs of all our clients.   Contact us  if you have comments, suggestions or inquiries about our services and our collections.

Researchers should note that many of our collections are now located offsite.  When planning your visit, send requests for materials to at least 2 business days in advance of your arrival.

Access our Digital Collections 24/7!

We have digitized selected records from our holdings which focus on the history of the University of Calgary, those honoured by the UofC and on areas of particular strength in our collections.  Check our webpages for Digital ResourcesCorporate Records, and Private RecordsLook for the camera icon to guide you to where digital content is available!
