The University Archives serves the University of Calgary community of students, scholars, and staff through two distinct but inter-related programs: the Information Management Program and the Archives Program. Our archival collections are also available to researchers from other institutions and to the general public.

Archives and Special Collections is now open in suite 520 Taylor Family Digital Library within the Centre for Arts and Culture.
As our collections have not yet moved, clients are required to request access to resources at least 1-2 days in advance of their visit. To request access to collections please contact us at archives@ucalgary.ca. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but are unable to guarantee the fulfillment of all requests due to the movement or inaccessibility of collections.
